What services do you provide?

We are proud to offer major collision repair, minor collision repair, body refinishing (paint) and expert color matching, alignment and frame repair, full service mechanical repair, brakes, tires, wheel alignments, exhaust, air conditioning, 24-hour towing, theft repair, rental car assistance and detailing.

What insurance companies do you work with?

We work with all insurance companies. If you need insurance assistance, our friendly office team will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have or arrange for assistance throughout your claims process.

How do I know if my insurance will cover the repairs?

You need to speak with your insurance provider to let them know you are getting an estimate. When you’re talking to your agent, you will also want to find out how much your deductible is. They might also provide you with a list of preferred providers. Once you’ve notified them, schedule your estimate with us and we’ll handle the rest.

How long will it take?

We understand how inconvenient it can be without access to your vehicle for everyday tasks. At Citro’s Auto Body we want to get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Each repair process is different and there will be varying factors to consider in determining the length of time we will need your vehicle for repair. Rest assured knowing we will keep you updated every step of the way.

What days are you open?

We are open for business Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Can you match the paint color?

We use Sherwin Williams Automotive Paint and Refinishing products that are excellent in use for paint color matching to your vehicle’s original factory paint or creating a brand new custom finish.

Can I get other service work done while my car is in the auto body shop?

Yes! Citro’s Auto Body provides full mechanical repairs as well as complete automotive detailing in addition to automotive collision repair services.

What if I need a rental car?

We are more than happy to assist you and we partner with Enterprise Rent-A-Car® and Hertz® Rental Car to arrange a rental car in the event you need one.

How do I pay you?

We want to make it easy for you. We accept all major credit cards, cash, personal checks and insurance checks as payment for repair services.

Do I have to use the auto body shop my insurance company tells me I have to?

Many insurance companies recommend auto collision repair shops to use after your collision; however, it is your right to choose where you take your vehicle for auto body repairs.

When can I wash my car?

We recommend that you take a lot of precautions with your vehicle for the first 30 days after repair. If you are going to wash it, we recommend initially skipping the commercial car wash and washing it by hand with cool water and a very mild cleaning solution using a soft cloth or sponge. Let it air dry too!
